This typically includes roles like a Director, Site Managers, Supervisor or Safety Managers who handle inductions, create forms and checklists, manage processes, and assign defects. Workers or subcontractors who are only completing tasks or responding to assigned defects can access the Worker Portal at no cost.
2. Do I need to pay for subcontractors or workers?
No. An unlimited number of subcontractors and workers can access the Worx Safety Worker Portal at no cost.
3. How do billing and payments work?
Worx Safety operates on a subscription basis, with monthly billing based on your selected plan. You can also choose to pay annually upfront and receive a 10% discount. All plans are backed by a 45-day money-back guarantee, so you can try Worx Safety with confidence.
4. Do you offer onboarding or implementation support?
Yes, Worx Safety takes support seriously to ensure you get the most value from our software.
- The Core plan includes a group onboarding session, ticket-based support, and full access to our knowledge base.
