Every update we ship comes back to one thing: control. Knowing who is on site, what gear is in play, and where every worker sits on compliance — without waiting for a report three days later. Here's what's gone live over the last fortnight.

Track exactly who's holding your gear

You can now check plant and equipment in and out, so there's never a question about who's got what. A new Check In/Out tab on every asset lets you assign an item to a user, a contractor worker, or a site, then check it back in when it returns.

The holder shows up everywhere it matters — the asset register list, the asset detail sidebar, and the assets report and CSV export all carry a new "Checked Out To" column. When an item is checked out to a site, its prestart location locks to that site automatically. Check it out to a person and the location stays open.

AroFlo integration is live

If you run AroFlo, Worx now talks to it directly. Once AroFlo is enabled in your settings, a new AroFlo option appears in your menu and keeps the two systems in step.

It syncs companies, sites, users and clients, keeps contractor details current through AroFlo's API, and pushes your documents — SWMS, site diary entries, ITPs and form submissions — from Worx straight across to AroFlo. One source of truth, no double handling.

This is off by default and only shows up for accounts that have switched it on. If you haven't asked for AroFlo, nothing changes for you. If you want it, talk to us.

A cleaner password reset

Small fix, but a sharp one. Request a password reset link and you now get a proper green "Success!" confirmation that the email has been sent, instead of that message showing up styled like an error. The email field also clears after you submit.

Also shipped recently

A few changes from our last update, still worth a mention if you missed them:

Notification search now matches both subject and body, is case-insensitive, and shows content for archived items.
Expired documents — not just insurance — can now revoke a contractor worker's site access, so a lapsed cert doesn't slip through.
The induction duplicate-on-completion fault has been resolved.
