Worx Safety is an online safety management system developed by an experienced Australian team specifically designed for SMEs. Located in Wollongong, NSW, Worx Safety enables users to streamline safety processes and improve their business' efficiency. With features such as digital Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and automated contractor compliance, Worx Safety helps businesses protect themselves while focusing on growth.

Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Customer Success Specialist at Worx Safety. A part time/school hours option will also be considered if you can't do 40 hours. The Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our existing clients as well as onboarding new clients. This includes assisting with any issues or questions related to the Worx Safety system, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. While primarily located in Wollongong, NSW, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Customer Support skills - talking with clients, understanding their issues and then managing the solution of these with the relevant team members
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially on the phone
• Customer satisfaction-driven mindset
• Experience in a similar role, or at least in a role with a similar skill set
• Knowledge of safety management systems is a plus, but we will train you in our systems
• You must have a non restricted visa for work in Australia
